You receive a physical color sample to sign off. If anything's off, we fine-tune the formula until both the surface color and the lit effect satisfy you.

One color code, worth a thousand adjectives.
"A warmer white," "a more vintage gold," "one shade deeper coffee" — everyone pictures those words differently. A Pantone code has only one reading: it matches the physical chip in the library, the sprayed panel on our bench, and the square on your approval sheet — all three identical. Order by the code, and what you receive is the color you chose, not our guess at your description.
