Overview

Edinburgh's character comes from a quiet dialogue between two cities living in the same skyline — the weathered stone of the Old Town and the ordered geometry of the New. Tradition and clarity, side by side. The Edinburgh floor lamp draws from that same balance: a polished chrome metal base in clean, modernist lines, paired with a softly layered double-layer acrylic shade that catches and diffuses the light.

At 61 inches tall with a plug-in inline switch, it slots easily beside a reading chair, in a living room corner, or beside a bed — no electrician required. Six shade finishes — from clear and white through to deep blue and forest green — let the lamp recede into a neutral palette or anchor a more saturated room.

Frequently Asked

Does it come with a bulb?

No. The lamp ships without a bulb so you can choose the wattage and color temperature that suit your room. It accepts any standard E26 or E27 medium-base bulb up to 40 watts, sold separately.

Can I dim it?

Yes — when paired with a compatible dimming bulb. The fixture itself is dimming-ready; the bulb you choose determines the dimming behavior, so check the bulb's packaging to confirm it works with your dimmer or smart switch.

How does the on/off switch work?

The 59″ power cord has a built-in inline rocker switch that sits within easy reach when the lamp is positioned beside a chair or bed. Simply plug into a standard wall outlet and toggle the switch — no separate wall control needed.

Where will it fit best in my home?

At 61″ tall with a 9.8″ base, the Edinburgh sits comfortably beside a sofa, armchair, or bed without crowding the floor. The shade height puts the light source roughly at eye level when seated — ideal for ambient and reading light, less so as a primary task lamp directly over a desk.

Where is it certified for use?

The fixture is compliant with certifications across North America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, so it can be safely used on standard residential outlets in those regions. Check the spec sheet for the plug type that ships to your destination.

Halo Dome

Polished chrome stem and collar close-up

III

Halo Dome

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I bought 2 think Ill buy one more. I was nervous about spending so much on a floor lamp just to receive it it feel flimsy like those cheap ones weve all had but NO! These things are heavy sturdy which made me love them even more.If youre thinking about buying one or a couple need that final push to just go for it, GIRL DOOOO IT!!!

Its BEAUTIFUL. Truly exactly what I wanted. Mid century modern with a smidge of retro! Stable and well built. The colors are what they portray online. Love love love! Worth the money.

SO CUTE!

This works well behind our couch. I did not want anything that would hang down in fear that our toddler would grab it.

The lamps are beautiful and easy to assemble. Im glad I made the purchase, but I have only one problem with them. I wish there was some sort of cord maintenance/storage under the base so that I could wrap/hide the extra length that I dont need since it is located right beside an outlet.

Love this lamp! Its bigger than expected but is still a great addition to my space. The light is pretty bright. It brings a modern touch to the room.

Beatiful Standing lamp

Beautiful lamp that perfectly pulled together my room! Easy assembly.

This lamp is simple yet makes a statement. It took no time to assemble and is very sturdy.

Tucked behind my couch! Low level lighting; upbeat & interesting! Perfect!

Stunning lamp! This piece is so classic and clean and really gives that high end feel. The quality is amazing and it truly gives off an expensive chrome! LOVE!

Nice and Bright

So many floor lamps are ugly. This one is pretty, simple and unique. We have it in our master bedroom, which is also currently my home office. It looks really nice! Heads up that having it behind you during video calls looks a bit strange with the reflections though. Id recommend having it outside of your video call background.

Great simple lamp! I need to get a special lightbulb to fit the aesthetics, but thats no problem. Would purchase again!

Nice Product

Beautiful lamp!! I wanted something that you couldnt find in any store and this fits the bill! Beautiful and the perfect touch to my room!

Gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted for my home office. Not dimmable but I use hue lights so it is not a concern.

Ordered this lamp to stage a property for sale. It was nice but didn't add substantially more to the room. Good for a minimalist or modern aesthetic.

Love sooo much!

Gorgeous lamp! Cant wait to find a cool bulb for it.

Great buy! I was concerned that the color would be a bright chrome and make the lamp look cheap, but color isnt bad and doesnt make it look cheap at all. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Easy to put together. Its a stable light with great illumination. Arrived in perfect condition.

Very nice and modern floor lamp. I only wish it was a little more sturdy, otherwise it's a nice lamp.

Beautiful lamp. The bubbly glass shade gives a wonderful pattern cast on the wall and really adds interest. The lamp has a good heavy base, was super easy to put together and was packaged great! Ni scratches on the chrome and the big glass shade was protected well. The lamp turns on and off with a foot button, just so you know. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase.

Just doesnt look quite as nice as it does on the site. Its a nice lamp so Im going to keep it, I just cant use it where I wanted to.

Sturdy and solid base but not that heavy that can be moved positionslocations easily by 1 person. Looks good in quality, modern-style timeless piece, and most importantly gets gets the job done which is the primary reason for purchase as a contemporary floor lamp. Easy to put together. Overall, Love it!
