Heirloom es una lámpara colgante lineal construida en torno a un refinamiento tranquilo — un cuerpo de latón envejecido y esbelto que suspende dos pantallas difusoras a lo largo de una sola línea horizontal. El resultado es una proyección de luz larga y baja que enmarca una isla de cocina o mesa de comedor sin ocupar el espacio por encima.

Elige entre dos materiales de pantalla distintos para adaptar el ambiente de tu habitación: una pantalla de cerámica translúcida que brilla con una calidez suave y tipo linterna, o una pantalla de aluminio hilado que proyecta una luz dirigida y enfocada hacia la superficie inferior. ¿Qué longitud debo elegir para mi mesa de comedor o isla?

Una regla común es elegir una lámpara de aproximadamente 60–75% de la longitud de la mesa o isla. Para una superficie de 150 cm (~60") elige la versión de 102 cm; para 180 cm (~70") opta por la de 120 cm; y para 200 cm (~78") o más, la versión de 140 cm proporciona la distribución de luz más equilibrada sin exceder la superficie.

¿Pantalla de cerámica o de aluminio? ¿Cuál debo elegir?

Elige cerámica si deseas un brillo suave y ambiental que ilumine toda la habitación —la pantalla transmite luz por sí sola—. Elige aluminio si prefieres una luz enfocada y dirigida hacia abajo sobre una isla de cocina o superficie de trabajo. El aluminio también es más ligero y resistente a los golpes durante el transporte e instalación.

¿Se incluyen las bombillas? ¿Qué tipo necesito?

Las bombillas no están incluidas. Heirloom utiliza dos bombillas de casquillo mediano (E26 en América del Norte, E27 en Europa y la mayoría del mundo), hasta 40W cada una. Recomendamos una LED blanca cálida de 2700K–3000K para un ambiente clásico en el comedor. Para regulación de intensidad, utiliza una bombilla LED compatible con atenuador emparejada con un atenuador mural compatible.

¿Cuánto pesa?

El peso depende de la longitud y del material de la pantalla que elijas. Las versiones con pantalla de aluminio pesan desde aproximadamente 2,7 kg (6 lbs) a 102 cm hasta ~4,3 kg (9,5 lbs) a 140 cm; las versiones con pantalla de cerámica son un poco más pesadas, desde aproximadamente 3 kg (6,6 lbs) hasta ~5 kg (11 lbs). ¿Qué tan ajustable es la altura de cuelgue?

La suspensión utiliza tres secciones de varilla modular —29,5", 11,8" y 7,9"— que pueden combinarse o usarse individualmente. Puedes instalar las tres para un largo descenso en techos abovedados, o usar solo la sección más corta para habitaciones de perfil bajo. Un descenso típico para mesa de comedor deja la parte inferior de la pantalla a 75–90 cm (30–36") por encima de la superficie de la mesa.

¿Se requiere instalación profesional?

What are the shades made of? Are they genuine?

The shades come in three genuine materials, never resin or acrylic. Cloud stone (the Alabaster) is a naturally translucent mineral, hand-cut from quarried stone, so each piece carries its own veining and is one of a kind. Ceramic (the Heirloom and Bistro) is hand-formed and glazed. Aluminum is spun from a single sheet and hand-lacquered for a saturated, colour-rich finish.

What is the difference between the models?

They share the same hand-finished craft and differ in form and shade material. The Heirloom is the classic tiered silhouette and the Bistro a long, linear form for islands and longer tables — both in hand-glazed ceramic. The Alabaster uses sculptural cloud stone, and the Aluminum brings the same craft in lightweight, colour-rich spun aluminum. Choose the form for your space and the material for the look you want.

What size should I choose for my room?

As a general guide, add the room's length and width in feet and use that figure in inches as a target diameter — a 12×14 ft room suits roughly a 26″ fixture. Over a dining table, choose a width about one-half to two-thirds of the table width. Is the chandelier dimmable?

Dimming depends on your bulbs and switch. Fit dimmable LED or filament bulbs and pair them with a compatible dimmer switch to adjust the brightness; with standard non-dimmable bulbs the fixture runs at full output.

How do I clean and care for the shades?

Dust cloud stone with a soft, dry cloth; wipe glazed ceramic or lacquered aluminum with a dry or barely-damp cloth. For all three, avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or soaking — natural cloud stone is porous and harsh chemicals can mark any finish. Wipe metal parts gently with a dry or barely-damp cloth.

Does it require professional installation?

The chandelier ships with a canopy, mounting hardware, and an installation guide. Because it is hardwired, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician — particularly for the heavier stone models (the aluminum version is the lightest to hang).
