What bulbs does it use, and are they included?

The pendant takes 1–3 medium-base bulbs (E26 in North America, E27 in Europe and most of the world), 40W maximum each. Bulbs are not included, so you can choose your preferred color temperature — we recommend a 2700K warm-white LED, which glows beautifully through the clear glass and warms the natural hemp tone.

Is the lamp dimmable?

Yes — it's dimmable when paired with compatible dimming bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer. Standard non-dimmable bulbs will simply run at full brightness.

What sizes and configurations are available?

There are three shade sizes — A (D 5.5 × H 7.9"), B (D 7.9 × H 6.3"), and C (D 11.8 × H 6.3") — plus cluster options with a round canopy (D 15.7") or rectangle canopy (L 30.3") for hanging up to three heads together.

Can the hanging height be adjusted?

Yes. The wire is 59" / 150 cm and field-adjustable at the canopy, so the overall drop can be shortened to fit your ceiling during installation. Over a table or island, hanging the shade about 30–36" (75–90 cm) above the surface is a good starting point.

How is it installed, and is a professional required?

It hardwires into a standard ceiling junction box via the canopy. Because cord-length adjustment happens at install time and many regions require licensed installation for hardwired fixtures, we strongly recommend installation by a licensed electrician. The specification sheet covers wiring, canopy mounting, and cord adjustment.

How do I clean the glass and hemp rope?

Wipe the glass shade with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dust the hemp rope body with a dry, soft brush. Make sure the power is off and the bulb is cool first, and keep the fixture indoor and dry.

Is this pendant suitable for outdoor or bathroom use?

No — it's rated for indoor, dry locations only. Avoid damp or wet areas such as covered patios, bathrooms with direct moisture, or exposed outdoor spots, as moisture can damage the natural hemp rope.

Where is this pendant certified for use?

Compliant with electrical certifications for North America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. Wiring will arrive ready for the destination market based on your shipping address.
