Do I need to buy a separate bulb?

No. The fixture uses an integrated LED module (about 24W), which means the light source is built into the chandelier. There's no bulb to install, replace, or match — just hardwire the fixture and switch it on.

Will it work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

Yes. The chandelier is engineered to be sloped-ceiling compatible, so it hangs plumb on pitched or vaulted ceilings without an additional adapter. The 59" wire gives plenty of flexibility to achieve the right hang height beneath an angled surface.

How adjustable is the hanging height?

The wire length is 59" total and can be shortened during installation to set the chandelier at your preferred height. For dining tables, a typical drop leaves the bottom of the fixture about 30–36" above the table surface; for entryways, allow at least 7 feet of clearance from the floor.

Is professional installation required?

The chandelier hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box, so installation by a licensed electrician is recommended — particularly in regions with code requirements for hardwired fixtures. The included installation sheet covers wiring, canopy mounting, and sloped-ceiling adjustment.

Where is the fixture certified for use?

Fantastic choice

I had been looking for new pendant lights for my kitchen. The old ones were a quick fix when we moved in. I was hesitant to buy these... not sure what they would look like in my space. They came quickly, opened the box but thought to myself "oh this i not going to work". My husband started to assemble them , and hang them.... they are beautiful and add so much style to my kitchen. Are the shades genuine materials?

Yes. All three use real materials: Isabella is fabric, Soleil is genuine silk-touch fabric sewn in raised segments (three-dimensional, not a printed texture), and Cotton & Linen is a pure cotton-linen blend — never a printed plastic, resin, or paper imitation. What size should I choose for my room?

A general rule: add the room’s length and width in feet and use that figure in inches as a target diameter; over a dining table, choose about one-half to two-thirds of the table width. You can also send us your room dimensions and we’ll recommend the right lamp and size.

Is it dimmable?

Dimming depends on your bulb and switch. Fit a dimmable LED or filament bulb and pair it with a compatible dimmer to adjust brightness; with a standard bulb the fixture runs at full output. This applies to all three lamps.

How do I clean and care for the fabric shades?

Isabella and Cotton & Linen: dust with a soft brush, lint roller, or a vacuum on its lowest setting with a brush attachment; spot-clean marks with a barely-damp cloth and let air-dry. Soleil’s segmented shade: dust gently along the segments with a soft brush or feather duster, or use a hairdryer on cool — the silk-touch fabric is delicate, so avoid rubbing hard or tugging the tassel. For all three, avoid soaking, bleach, and solvents. Wipe brass and metal parts with a dry or barely-damp cloth.

Does it require professional installation?

Each ships with a canopy, mounting hardware, and an installation guide. Because it is hardwired, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician. The fabric shades are light, which makes them relatively simple to hang.
