Disappointed

The product took quite a long time to arrive. The metal shade does not sit flush on the lamp and wobbles. The shade is also not deep enough so that the exposed lightbulbs underneath make it too bright to have on, even with a low watt bulb.

Mooiehome delay and wrong address

It took about 6 weeks to get the package, and then it turned out to be a lamp for someone else. I sent it on to the correct person and received my correct lamp about 3 weeks later. So not a wonderful experience, but Mooihome customer support was helpful.

61 inch Chandelier

Beautiful and great quality!!! Also Mooie communicated shipping details accurately and without delay.

Still waiting

I bought the Heirloom Chandelier, was slightly disappointed as some of the pictures are a misrepresentation of the product. The shades are aluminum, so you cannot see any of the light through the shade, which was not what I understood the shade to be, look or function. I spoke with customer service, they were very nice and tried to make things better, but I'm still waiting for the shades' replacements, so I don't know if they will make this purchase something I'm happy with or not. It's been 2 months since I ordered the chandelier. I'll be happy to update my star rating when I receive the shades, should it be deserved. TBD...
